Neighborware® Communities Benefit from Ongoing Product Development Based on Customer Feedback

Atlanta, GA (February 15) elliptIQ has announced another successful launch of exciting new upgrades and enhancements to its leading edge Neighborware community network product. Just released, Neighborware 2006 has raised the bar on community networks to an even higher level. elliptIQ regularly surveys its customers to determine improvements to the application and ideas for new features. The changes in the release have dramatically enhanced the availability and presentation of fresh and relevant content assuring network success in dynamic communities.

Key New Features in Neighborware Include:

Service Request Component - The service request component will assist with the management of trouble events that require some form of resolution and response to the submitting party. This could be a facility maintenance request, architectural review submission, a request for review of submitted paperwork, or any other type of request that requires response.

The component may be set up for maintenance requests as well as other uses, include a tracking system for follow up by submitter and email reminders for responsible parties.

Online Dues Payment - Dues payment allows for the HOA to accept dues payments online with a very simple setup process. Includes exportable excel spreadsheet reports of payments received, integration with User Management through addition of account number And the ability for admin to mark an account as “paid�? when payment is received offline. (Merchant Account, Payment Gateway, and transaction fees may apply)

Blog Component - The Blog (or weblog) component allows users to record their daily thoughts and ideas in a journal format. The Blog component allows for frequent updates, with automatic ordering by date and time. A summary page is included for each blog, along with integrated search tools. Administrative settings are available to define whether blogs are fully public or private to the community.

Component includes built-in WYSISYG editor for ease of publication, commenting system for reader comments with controls to determine if and how comments are displayed, functionality to alert users when blogs are updated, word verification system to prevent blog spamming and RSS feeds for public blogs.

Print Features (PDF) - PDF Print features are a vast improvement over past printing options. Initially, PDF Printing will be available for the Calendar, Resident Directory, Commercial Directory Listings. It includes customizable print titles with graphics, additional print settings available to Administrator, overlay graphics on printable calendars and a printable Resident Directory with options for information included on printout.

New Neighbors - To welcome new neighbors into the community, "New Neighbors" provides a location to easily introduce new residents to the community, using information pulled from their Resident Directory listing along with additional introductory information. Administrative controls allow for determining how many new residents to display for how long, as well as selection of information to be displayed. ‘Greet your new neighbor�? functionality allows residents to send email greetings.

All Signature Series customers receive these upgrades and enhancements as part of their participation in the Annual Subscription Program. The program also provides a full day on onsite administrator training and a continuation of personalized support.
