Content Moderation

Delegating administrative rights will become easier because you can choose to retain ultimate control over the sub-administrators content prior to being published. Content Moderation allows sub-administrator's page content to be reviewed by an administrator once submitted and easily published once approved.

Content Versioning

Editing and updating your page will become even easier with the ability to access previous versions of the page. Content Versioning provides historical versions of pages as a resource in addition to allowing draft versions.

• Recent versions of a page are automatically stored for 2 weeks
• The last two versions are stored indefinitely
• Additional storage for up to three draft versions
• Quick and simple process for activating a version

User Content Submission

Keep content fresh and relevant by allowing residents to keep your administration team informed.

• Automated emails alert administrators of submitted content
• Approval step insures only relevant content is posted
• Includes submission process for Calendar, Link Directory, Photo Gallery, and Multimedia Gallery components

Autopublish Improvements

Autopublished content is one of the keys to keeping a site fresh and interesting, which brings the user back to the site on a more frequent basis. Improvements to the Neighborware Autopublish system provide great ways to keep your pages more engaging with new options for presenting your content.

• Addition of 'tabs' for Autopublish, which adds options for quick access to content
• Addition of vertical scrolling photo Autopublish option for the Photo Gallery component
• Improvements to the underlying technology will pave the way for additional future improvements

Page Stats

Statistics for individual pages and areas of the site will be available by request. Need to know how popular a community club has become? Request stats for the club's page, and have the report available within 48 hours. Includes:

• Total Views for Page or entire Section
• Distinct User Totals
• Daily Visitors

Calendar

Event Countdown - countdown to a special event, holiday, or important meeting. Use to increase attendance by keeping residents aware of these key events.

Invite a Friend - increase attendance at community events by allowing residents to easily invite a friend to attend. A customizable email will be sent to the friend with all pertinent details.

Word Filtering

Neighborware now provides filtering for keywords, such as the developer name, officer's names, or other words and phrases, which will make the administrator aware of potential items of interest.

Naughty Word

The Neighborware Naughty Word filter is now a part of the Neighborware Word Filtering system.

• Alternative response levels: offensive content may be "blanked out" and/or an administrator may be notified by email
