Southern Land Selects Neighborware® for Innovative Community

Nashville, TN (August 6, 2004) - Southern Land Company has entered into an agreement with elliptIQ, Inc. for the development of Westhaven Online, a private, password-protected community network for it's Westhaven community. With its commitment to integrating today's technology with a neo-traditional development philosophy, Southern Land Company is already garnering significant community attention and record breaking home sales.

Westhaven Online is powered by elliptIQ's Neighborware web application. The pedestrian scale, tree lined residential streets of Westhaven, along with businesses, recreational amenities and natural areas, will create a strong physical sense of place.
