Neighborware is designed to be extremely user friendly to administer content with intuitive, point and click interfaces throughout the site as well as the ability to delegate administration to a wide variety of sub administrators.

You may choose to have Neighborware use its' expertise to upload all available digital initial site content creating a thorough and balanced presence on the site at initial launch, assuring a positive first impression from the user. In addition, for those communities with residents in place, Neighborware can import basic information into the resident directory and initiate assignment of temporary usernames and passwords.

Training

Technology is only as useful as peoples' ability to use it. Successful utilization of any community network occurs with the availability of numerous tools such as context sensitive help, administrator manuals, and user-friendly, intuitive administration. In addition to these resources, Neighborware makes available a wide variety of live training opportunities.

Neighborware provides a series of remote, virtual training sessions and online tutorials offering a focused approach for different constituents. Proven hands on training gives administrators the experience and confidence they need to run Neighborware smoothly and efficiently.

Other live training options include a start up tutorial using a guided system walkthrough via phone conference as well as other virtual training tools to create powerful opportunities to enhance the ability of the administrator.

In addition, in the future Neighborware as requested may make available a series of group training opportunities. These may be either small group training where participants will receive a formal training presentation along with informal one-on-one assistance and the chance to collaborate with other administrators.
